A focused view of my work

I have delivered 16 Android applications across delivery, wellbeing, weather, e-commerce, sports, utilities, safety, education, community, and gaming. Four were previously published on Google Play: three under client-owned listings and one as part of my ITI training. My work covers Kotlin and Java, MVVM/MVP, Jetpack, Retrofit/OkHttp, Room/SQLite, Firebase, Maps and Location, background work, release workflows, and integrations involving OCR, computer vision, and API-based ML.

Mind’s Eye

Glasses with a camera, a phone that listens, and a voice that tells you who and what is in front of you.

I helped build Mind’s Eye, an assistive smart-glasses system that pairs an ESP32-CAM wearable with an Android app and cloud vision services so a visually impaired or Alzheimer’s user can hear what the camera sees.

Plan the dive, ask the model, and if the answer is no, let the app find a safer one.

I built the Dive Simulation & Safety Profile Planner end to end: an Android app that checks a recreational dive plan against a trained safety model and, when the plan isn’t safe, searches for a shallower or shorter one.

    • I delivered 16 Android applications using Kotlin and Java, MVVM/MVP, Retrofit, Room, WorkManager, Firebase, Maps, notifications, and offline-first data flows.

    • I designed end-to-end ML/NLP pipelines for privacy-aware information extraction using Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
    • I built ASC-PIE, standardized heterogeneous datasets under a shared 19-entity schema, benchmarked multiple model families, and developed the privacy-safe SPRINT-PP continual-learning method.
    • I created reproducible research artifacts covering schemas, prompts, configurations, evaluation summaries, and prediction traces.
